The FRIGHTFUL and STRANGE paraded around the judges and other guests. Who will win?

The three judges of the costume contest had a difficult assignment and want to remain anonymous.

The 3rd place winners were Alan and Rosemary Holdway as the Devil and his Black Cat.

The 2nd place winners were Roland and Gloria Carey as Caveman and Cavewoman.

And 1st Place went to Tom Wiegele as Frankenstein.
