HEALTHLINE:    If you watch Channel 55 (and I would advise that you do) you already know that “Ketch” Morrell is in the Syracuse Hospital with a blood clot in his lung.   The projected stay when I heard was one week.   Cards and prayers would be appreciated. His address is:

Beware of Lightning:    We are right in Florida´s “lightning belt.”   The belt is identified as the area along the west coast between Orlando and Tampa south to Lake Okeechobee and Fort Myers.
     How to avoid becoming a lightning statistic during a storm:
          - Avoid using electrical appliances, especially telephones.
          - Avoid water. This means the beach, small boats and even taking a shower.
          - In open outside areas, such as golf courses, seek shelter, but not under a tree.
            If no shelter is available, lie down, in a depression or ditch if possible.
          - Do not hold metal objects such as golf clubs, tennis rackets, fishing poles or umbrellas.
