HEALTHLINE:    Charlie Goodnow (226 Duchess) was taken by ambulance to Bon Secours Sunday morning at 2 AM.   Charlie has pneumonia and is slowly recovering.   He may be home later this week   Cards may be sent to 226 Duchess.   Penny Sweitzer (72 King Arthur) had a freak accident while she was trying to remove a picture.   She fell and hit a glass table which broke and Penny was badly cut.   Wy and Jan Rood took her to emergency where they treated her wound.   I know cards would help lift her spirits.    —–  Jane Haggerty 480-1655.

JETTY PICNIC:   On Thurs. Oct. 26th there will be the next Jetty Picnic.   Come on along and enjoy meeting with your neighbors and having a grand pot luck.   You know we meet at the North Jetty Pavilion at 5 PM for a social hour and we eat at about 6 PM.   Bring your dinner service, a dish to share and a beverage.   Last time we had 50 Kings Gaters out to share in the fun.   Don't forget to wear your name tags--we had several new Kings Gaters with us at the last picnic and it helps us all to remember names if you wear a tag.   See you there. - Jan Rood

THE CRAFTS GROUP is meeting on Thursdays at 12:30 PM in the Ceramics Room each week.   Marilyn Caithness is leading us this month.   We are working on chenille angels, ribbon pine cone ornaments, Christmas tree pins and other new ideas.   Come over to learn and help make some things for the Christmas Boutique.    —–Jan Rood
