8 ACRES: Thursday I received a call from the County indicating that they had completed their appraisal of our 8 acres. Because this is an on-going negotiation, it is in the Club's best interest that there be little or no public discussion until the negotiations are further along. Within the next couple of weeks, our committee will again meet with them. We'll keep you advised. Remember loose lips sink ships (or in this case undermine our negotiating position). --- Wren McMains for the BoD

WATCH WHAT YOU FLUSH DOWN THOSE TOILETS! PLEASE do not flush plastic, cloth, or padding materials because even small items cause problems with our sewer system. We continue to waste your money on needless labor manhours to clear these objects which jam the Lift Station pump motors. When a pump fails, the motor could be damaged; replacement motors are $900 plus! Remember it's your money. --- Mike Mooney, Manager
