NEW OWNERS:   Welcome to Claire Smith, who has purchased 250 Castle Drive.   She is from Templeton, MA and is a long time renter in the Club.   We also welcome Bobby and Rita Skowron, who have purchased 69 King Arthur Drive.   They are from Mt. Airy, MD.   He is the son of Bob and Judy Skowron, of 299 Ave. of Dukes.   We hope you all enjoy many happy years at the Club.

Editor's notes:   Since Fred and Shirley Bethke are on their way to Minnesota, thought I'd share a few of my thoughts.   I am truly enjoying this "high paying" job.   It has given me the opportunity to be more involved in this wonderful community, as well as to meet more of our residents.   I've also gained an even greater respect for my predecessors, Dee Hicks and Sandy McIntyre before her.   There are so many who do, and have done, so much for KGC.   Do we thank them enough?   For those who do have some spare time, there are so many ways for you to share your talents.
As this season dwindles, it's time to say "so long" to all those heading north and to those holding down the fort here.   We have a few more days, but Tom and I are already looking forward to returning in the fall.   We feel so blessed to have found our "little bit of paradise", here in King's Gate Club.       --sl
