CONDOLENCES: Our deepest sympathies to Hank Ouellette and the family of Jeanne Ouellette, who passed away on 7/31/09. A Memorial Mass was held on Wednesday, August 5th, in Farmington Hills, MI. Memorial tributes are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association. www.alz.org
HEALTHLINE: Hilda Krzczuk, 14 Castle Drive, is in Intensive Care at Venice Hospital, after colon surgery. Please send get well cards.
WELCOME to Shannon Goodman, daughter of Joann Euvrard of 279 Ave. of Queens. Shannon is originally from West Virginia and has come to live, permanently, with her mother.
We also welcome Bonnie Blackburn, who purchased 130 Camelot DR. in February 2009. Bonnie currently lives in Decatur, GA. She only gets to come to KGC for a few weeks, now and then, but plans to retire here. Her mother and father, Jack and Helen Scott were KGC residents. NOTICE: The new Clubhouse doors will be installed soon, with new locks. All of the other common keyed locks on campus will be changed to match the Clubhouse locks. There are two new keys for each residence available in the office. These may be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will need both the old and new keys for a few days until all locks have been changed. ---Charles Clotfelter
Cable News will be taken over by Dee Hicks for the month of August. All items to be put on our in house television channel should be sent to cablenews@kgc.cc or left on her clip at 45 King Arthur Drive. This will be begin on Friday, July 31 and continue until Tuesday, September 1. For information or questions, you can reach Dee @ 485-2482.
