OFFICE HOURS:   Due to Michele's absence from the office next week, the office will be staffed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.  In case of emergency, please call the Manager at 468-2549.

HEALTHLINE:   We express our deepest sympathy to the family of Thomas Peller, 304 Avenue of Dukes.  He passed away on April 19, 2007, in a local nursing home.   Services were held in Indiana.   He leaves his devoted wife, Lorraine, of 59 years at KGC.   Please, no visitors or telephone calls at this time.   Your prayers and cards are welcomed.

TRAVEL:   Hard Rock Casino, May 17th, 2007, WAIT LIST ONLY, $25.00, with $20.00 IN FREE PLAY AND $5.00 FOOD COUPON, THEN AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 FOR FOOD GOOD IN JUNE OR JULY.   PAYMENT DUE AT THIS TIME.  I need your players card numbers, or your birth date if you don't have one (this is for the free play money).   The bus will load about 9:15 a.m. and leave the clubhouse at 9:30 a.m., we will leave the casino approx. 3:30 p.m. and be home between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m.

The travel board has been updated with our 2007-2008 schedule; it is also on the Travel web page.   New Happy Heart flyers are also in the back.   If you want to travel with them this summer, please let me know what you have scheduled.   Any questions, please contact Don or Mary Lou at 484-6807.

MISS SARASOTA PAGEANT:   Sunday, May 6, 4:00-5:30 p.m.   Need one man and one woman to act as judges.   Anyone wishing to be a judge, put name in Uncle Sam Hats in Clubhouse.   Selection will take place at Saturday social meeting.   Admission $20.00.   KGC residents FREE with nametag.       ---Pat Cavalier

LADIES' LUNCHEON FOR MAY:   Join us on Thursday, May 10, at 11:30 AM at Venice Art Center.   You may sign up for reservations and menu choice in the back of the Hall.   No money needed now.   You will pay at the restaurant - $16.00, which covers everything - lunch, coffee or tea, tax and tip.   Any questions call Mary Jane Christopherson 486-1739
