We will have the Seasonal Fresh Fruit Mosaic Flavored with Tarragon Watercress. Beef Consomme with a Julienne of Carrot, Celery and Wild Rice. Watercress, Shredded Carrots, and Hearts of Iceburg Lettuce with Citrus-Herb Vinaigrette. Filet of Zander with Green Asparagus Tips, Delicious Freshwater Fish Filet on a Bed of Herb Cous Cous with Fresh Squeezed Lemon. For desert we will have Flambe Du jour with a little Harvey's Bristol Cream.
We will have the same.
